Description
Women's Wellness Morning: Steal Away for Some ME Time
Break out of your routine and make a plan for a healthier life.
We’ll warm-up with a short walk, a gentle stretch, some deep breathing and meditation.
Then we will:
- Discuss eating for energy, weight management and personal motivation.
- Get expert tips for shopping for fitness clothing and equipment on a budget.
- Set your own personal wellness goals and learn how to and manage (and follow through with) them
- Enjoy some healthy snacks and beverages
We’ll wrap up with a group coaching discussion tailored to your questions and struggles.
